Playing around in the pool with my fav little kids after their swim lesson.
Tossing around an 8 and 9 year old for and hour and a half really works the arm muscles.
And having a 4 year old hang on you while you tread water is good for the legs.
Play time doubling as workout time. Gotta love it.
Not too bad. We’re under a heat advisory AGAIN so it was still like 95 degrees when I ran. Ugh I just need it to COOL DOWN.
Today’s workout. Attempted some pull-ups and did some push ups and weights. 20 minutes of yoga with the sweet new app I got, and a 4 mile run/walk.
